Re-evaluate our default-supplied SSUAOs. #1914

A number of our SSUAOs are old, and may no longer be relevant.
Less is more; I'd rather have as few of these as possible.
With the platform now having more web compatibility we may be able to get rid of quite a few of these or at least update version numbers.

This will take time and input from people actually on the sites we have overrides for. Help appreciated!

I evaluated some of general.useragent.override that is used. Here's the result:

Well, despite being Out-of-topic, I think that canva.com should have Mozilla/5.0 (%OS_SLICE% rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0 otherwise it will nag you to use "supported browser".
I don't think we need the general.useragent.override.spotify.com because account management works fine without that override. Also spotify uses drm, so it's useless.
general.useragent.override.twitter.com is not needed anymore because it works just fine without it
