We are still defaulting to Comic Sans MS for cursive scripts on Windows. This was retained at Mozilla for backwards compatibility with Windows XP since it didn't come with an actual cursive script.
Comic Sans is the devil from the last millennium. We have a much better cursive script available on all supported Windows versions in Segoe Script.
