About:rights needs to have generic text for the platform, but specific text for the application that’s being built.
Our current placement purely in toolkit doesn’t suffice, so we need to split this up in 2 parts; one platform part and one application part. Application parts can then have application-specific branding/trademark/privacy texts in the application itself, while the UXP platform text can remain untouched and universally applicable to all applications built with it. We probably want to do something similar to the about:licensing override which lives in branding.
